Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A confirmation text will be sent the day before your appointment.

DEPOSITS

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being kept. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will have the option to receive their deposit back or reschedule their appointment.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time. Appointments may be canceled if you are 15 minutes or more late, and your deposit will be kept.
