Taylored Beauty (“we,” “us”) is a beauty studio owned and operated by Taylor, a licensed esthetician, at 123 Central St., Auburn, MA. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you book or contact us. This website has no contact forms or accounts. When you call, text or book with us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, appointment details and any notes about your service, such as your skin type, skin concerns, sensitivities or preferences, so we can provide your treatment safely.
Online booking and payments. When online booking is available, it is handled by our booking provider (GlossGenius), which collects your booking details and processes deposits and payments under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full card number.
When you visit this website. Like most websites, our web host and security service automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running. We also use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking and payment provider, text messaging service, and website hosting and security providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our clients or our business.
Links to other sites
This website links to other services, such as Instagram, Google Maps and our online booking page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
How long we keep information
We keep client and appointment information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable time afterward to maintain service records and meet legal obligations. We then delete or securely dispose of it.
How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and using secure, reputable service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
